Develop small app in 2.0

I would a small app to be developed in asp 2.0 using web services as middle tier and sql 2005 as database. I would encourage n-tier architecture using application blocks atleast for data access, logging and exception handling. Usage of user/custom controls would be recommended. Interested people let me know and I shall provide more details. The project needs to be completed in 7 days. It is a small project. Please keep this in mind before bidding. I would be providing comprehensive requirements including data model and stored procs.
