ASP MS Access

I have a website, [login to view URL], which has a small backend allowing the insert/update of records stored on an MS Access database. I am now looking for someone to update (only) one of the entry fields in ALL of the insert,update, delete files, and database as appropriate(-not sure exactly how many there are, but maximum of ten files I think) so that the user can enter the data into a text field rather than using a dropdown list (-which is how it is set up now). The second part of the project concerns the part of the site (backend) devoted to customer management. At the moment, people can register their interest and request further information. I now need to take this to the next level which will involve the following: i) To automatically add a record of the date of each customer's enquiry to the database. ii) To enable the user of the backend ('admin')to send details of properties (it is a 'real estate' site) in direct response to enquiries, including photos. iii) To automatically create a record of when the admin sent a reply to the customer and to keep a record of what was sent to the customer. iv) To be able to send more info to the same customer at a later date and to keep records of these also. v) To be able to delete the records if necessary. The third part of the project is to add functionality to the backend to allow the easy printing of 'property details' for sending to clients via the postal service. The fourth part of the project is to ensure that none of the entry forms 'timeout' before the user has finished entering the data. This may, or may not be a problem as first thought, but will need investigating. Any questions please ask. The selected coder should be available online until the project is completed.
