ASP Form, Data Display Fixes (MySQL Database)

Hi- This is for working on a registration form, and specific form field data as it should display for users, and editable in admin area. User currently registers a specific "genre" of project description with dropdown menu opening up additional form fields for information input. Other user type should be able to view those specific form field data when they review that genre of project. Some light cosmetic modifications with how data displays in page. Also, I need to be able to edit those specific fields of data in my admin area when viewing any person's project profile for that genre. Details are in attached document.
