ASP.NET AND JQUERY Help Needed

DO NOT BID UNLESS YOU ARE VERY GOOD AT JQUERY/ASP.NET and VB.NET AND ENJOY TEACHING OTHERS.....PLEASE I can get my JQuery modal to fire upon btnSubmit, but I cannot get it to fire dependent on other things and I cannot figure out how to let my code behind know what was clicked in the modal. If my dropdownlist1 value = "Bonus Day" and a variable blnHasBonusDay = true, then I want the following Jquery modal dialog to fire upon my asp btnSubmit click. Then finally, I want to know what the user clicked and use it in myd code behind. ## Deliverables Must be able to work on immediately
