ASP cms system help/tutor

I am a junior-ish developer interested in building a number of content management tools for some of my clients using ASP VBScript and SQL Server 2000 (shared hosting environments). Ideally, I want to build an easily customizable and extensible framework of fairly standard database-driven elements: * news items * resource/link lists * email subscription and management * item/content rating system * page/content management with dynamic navigation elements I'm looking for guidance, review, sample code help from an experienced developer who can articulate why her/his strategy is best and help me through some of the more complex issues surrounding database design, SQL queries, and code architecture. ## Deliverables possibly database schema completed SQL queries code examples as needed ## Platform ASP VB Script SQL Server 2000 Limited use of 3rd party ASP Components Should work in 4.0 browsers on Windows
