ASP function to parse Excel file

We require an ASP function that can parse a formatted Excel spreadsheet and write the data to a database. See attached spec for full details. It's not quite as straight forward as it sounds, it's slightly tricky so the ideal bidder will have previous experience of this kind of function (i.e. excel automation and parsing). We need someone who can start on it within 24 hrs and have it finished by the weekend at the latest, so if you are already busy with other projects please don't bid! If you've done work for us in the past then feel free to bid if you aren't busy at the moment. Important: ASP Code should be well commented, nicely laid out, and easy to read/modify. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working scripts source code of all work done. 2) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform IIS 4+
