ASP Ad tracker. - lite version!

I need a set of scripts in ASP and mdb. I will be placing banner ads on various sites. So first I will need a code creator. I will go into the script, click an add link or button. It will then ask the name of the site I am advertising on. I enter that and then it will add it to the db (with fields for tracking count) and then display a url to link to for the add with a uniqe identifer to track with that is search engine friendly. Like: <[login to view URL]> Where 22222 would be an unique code for that ad. I will then need a script that goes on my main page that will increment the counter in the db for that ad and set a cookie. The name of the cookie can be random for now, I'll change it when I know what to make it. It will save that code (22222 or whatever) in this cookie. I will then need another piece of code to include in another page that will get that code from the cookie and save it to a variable that I can include in a form. I will also need simple ad management, report counts, add, delete, modify. Please just keep it fast and simple. I need to keep costs down. We may decide to add features in the future and will go back to the coder to this. Please let me know they time frame with your bid. We are in a pinch as ads start Monday!
