Adjustment to existing order page

I have an existing order page produced in aspnet (see attached) that displays the output from sales made from my paypal account. the IPN from the transaction is sent to me, where it is stored in a mysql database and the output displayed on the screen. The current setup uses the "linklok" script to generate a registration code. The registration code is sent with the rest of the purchaser's information in the IPN file. I have 2 new products that I would like to set up with this same page but get its sales from a different paypal on ....so I would like to have this same page used in a different directory. We could use the same DB/tables as what is currently used by the page. I would like to have one field added on the page called "sent" which is a y/n field. I would manually toggle this field. No shops please...just individual coders.
