Blogger - Personal - ASP + Access

Hello, I am looking for a peronal blogging system. Somthing were a person can enter their daily blogs. There will not be any visitors actually blogging. I would also like the option of having people comment on my blogs. Maybe a config option. 1 = comments ok, 2 = no comments 3 = per blog. If they choose #3 then there is a check box that shows when they enter their blog that says "allow comments on this blog". If its not checked the visitor can not comment. Would like it to be a simple clean layout, preferably real easy to change the look (header / footer?) Think thats it.. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform ASP and Access.
