Client Server + Website Interface

I need a Client Server system in VB and a ASP based web interface. Client -> The client has a username and password He connects to the server by logging in with her UN and Pass. He sees a white rectangular canvas. He also sees N number of horses (can be just a small circle) in the canvas. He can move a horse with the mouse by dragging them. He can set the number of horses N in the screen. The client updates the Server every T Seconds (Value of T can be set in the cleint window) with the folowing information. 1. Size of the rectuangluar Area. 2. No of Horses 3. Position of every horse. Client can set/change a status message (A text field) Clients can log off. Server -> Monitors Usernames and passwords and updates the database for every user with the values he sends to the server WEbserver-> Clients can login to the website [[login to view URL]][1] with the same username and password as of the cleint window. He can see the picture of the latest updated image and the time of latest update. and the status message He can set/change the status message Technology : VB, ASP, IMGx Activex control or any other image activex of your choice. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
