Clone of web pages - Shows and Events

I need a clone of a web page (and the corresponding results-table web page that is shown when you click “submit??) that allows a user to view information on “Shows and Events?? in Las Vegas. The URL is: <[login to view URL]> I do not need the “Enter Keyword?? search facility. I do need the other four user-specified selection criteria that are on this page. Both date fields should default to today’s date. When you click Submit, you go to the “Shows and Events Results?? page. I would like the navigational functionality shown: link to New Search, links to pages, links to page ranges, link to next page. I do not need the List All link and functionality. I do not need the Show Details link and functionality. You can use the same tabular format to list the Shows and Events. On both pages, I do not need anything shown in the “links?? section at the bottom of the page (like Great Deals | Guidebooks | Lodging, etc). It is important that the clone extract the data from this website. In other words, the clone should produce the same listing of Shows and Events as this website does.
