Complete a Guest House Booking System

This is a project to complete a back end booking management for a guest house. The front end booking system has been completed, the back end system has been started. All code has been written in C#/ASP.NET using VS 2005, SQL Server 2005 database and Infragistics controls. All the database design has been complete, the shell of the application is in place. Back end sections are to include: 1. Add a booking Simply add a new booking, to be used by internal staff to the guest house taking bookings over the phone. Screen validation and 2. Edit a booking Edit details of a booking, and send an email to the customer to confirm/cancel. 3. Update availability Update rooms for availability. Availability is checked by front end booking system for nights being requested. 4. Manage Partners Ability to add new partners, edit partners details. 5. Allow Partners to login and add bookings. Partners can book rooms for clients. 6. Re-allocate rooms Allow the user to reallocate rooms for various nights depending on bookings received. 7. Email Section Linked to Partners and Bookings - Send emails based on templates to partners/customers accepting,confirming, declining bookings All database work (well maybe a couple of new fields needed) has been done all SP's are ready to hook up to .NET code using ADO. I can be a little flexible around the 10 day deadline but I need to see real proposals to approve this. The front end booking side is done, there is no graphic design for front end website needed. I have included the booking usercontrol in the code for information. Need the project to start within 5 days of accepting bid, needs to be live by mid March. Back end pages do not need to be fancy and I will make them look pretty before delivering to final client.
