Constant Contact API

I have a political website with 3 contact us forms, 1 for donations by paypal, 1 for volunteering and 1 for staying updated on campaign news. All forms work currently by emailing me when someone fills out the form but I would also like the results(name and email address) added to my constant contact E marketing account so I can email them all at a later time. I'll provide the winning coder with FTP access to the site files and login access to the Constant Contact API and Constant Contact account for testing.
