Convert .ASP Site to PHP with 301 redirects for SEO Purpose

I have a website that was coded in .ASP and we want to convert it over to PHP but can't lose any of our rankings for our interior pages so I need somebody who has a LOT of experience converting a site from .ASP to PHP with 301 redirects and APACHE rewrites for the url's. The site is Coopers Pick. you must have a lot of experience in doing this as I will not hire anybody without prior experience and testimonials from previous clients are highly preferred. Once the job is done right than I have a lot of other work for you but you must prove yourself worthwhile on this job. Having site on dev. server until completed is much preferred.
