Craigslist Flagger

Hello: I want an EXE based software that will work like: [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] I want it to continually flag the posting until it is removed. Upon removal, The program should continue flagging repetively until the ad has been removed. I would like the ability to flagg more than 1 URL at a time. I would like to stop a few spammers in a section. Please be honest. I am looking to start this project a.s.a.p. I must be able to test the software before I will pay.
