DNN 4.9 XMOD 5.1 forms and integration

I need a DNN developer that knows XMOD 5.1.? I need some basic forms and some integraton with some XMOD templates that we will be purchasing.? Form 1 is a basic lead capture form like a quote request Integration will be in sharing data between two or more forms.? Data will be entered in one, and I want to display the records in another existing view that we will purchase.
