DNN or other .net CMS

I have a site that i would like to use DNN a asp.net content management system for managing and building. I would like to visit DNN or other enterprise level cms that is opensource and .net Our site is aimed to look and function like <[login to view URL]> We have identified about different 8 templates on their site and ours will have the same... for example the products section has Overview>Demo>features>documentation ours is like this too. I would like the menus to be similar to the ones they have on the component art site but i would like to use [login to view URL] controls for this. They are said to work really well with DNN. you can also read here <[login to view URL]> this is not major but i would like nice menus I will need you to take our templates that are exactly like the above example and implement into DNN or other asp.net CMS. you will need to install the site on one of our dedicated servers. you will also be responsible for letting us know how you need the template sliced up. We are very picky about fonts and styles and spacing so we expect that the site adhere as close as possible to the design. Once we are done, we will populate the site with content and add some pages using the cms to make sure we know how it works and that is all works correctly, then we will move the domain and then close the project. **_For the project to be a success we must have_** 1. All links work 2. Pages look exactly like the designs we have (like componentart) 3. Site has content that is managed in the cms 4. Site can easily add new pages and content to grow using the templates needed 5. Site has news sections and other left side treatments that can be updated ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
