Dedicated Server Setup

I need someone to recommend an inexpensive dedicated web host and set it up for me with a content management system. The bid winner will recommend a dedicated host, which I will sign up for before the project begins. My host requirements: ? Reliability ? ? U.S. Based ? Very low bandwidth and drive space? for my needs ? Windows OS hosting ASP.NET 2+ Installed and configured applications: ? DotNetNuke or other free content management system for hosting? 3 sites ? Database to support above CMS ? Remote administration for copying files to the system ? FTP server setup ? Ability to install multiple socket applications: a database server and a UDP socket server application ? ? ? ## Deliverables I will need some tutoring? for future modifications, or will use the same bidder for administrative tasks as needed.
