C# Small ASP .net ServerControl Paragraph

I need a c# 3.5 .net server control for readmore wrapping.. What do I mean by this... I want? control that I can specify a paragraph and tell the control I want it to collapse the paragraph by character length or word length.. There should be a mode for that. In character mode if shouldn't break a word, but break before a word starts. Once the paragraph is collapsed there will be a button after? the last word.. It could be a image or text. If it is text I can specify a style sheet for that.. the styles should be for both expanded and collapsed methods. The paragraph should have its own CSSstyle. JavaScript should be used for collapsing and expanding.. I should be able to have many paragraphs on a page.. Example: This is a test and I would like to write a paragrah however I dont have the time to read it all..ReadMore Clicking on readmore will show? the rest and the text would change to Hide.
