asp access database project

I am creating a new website I need help creating a login password registration form that inserts information into access database. I need a second form that takes information to apply for loan modification mortgage this information will also be entered into access database. I need an administration panel the will allow the client to view and edit the information entered by the user from the 2 forms listed above. I need the admin panel to allow the customer to view their personal information. I will design the website and the forms All the work will be done in Microsoft .asp It is also possible to do the work in PHP, as I am somewhat familiar with that environment
