asp.net control based on BING-Maps

Hello, I am looking for the development of a asp.net map-control (MVVM or MVC Pattern) based on Bing-maps, that is capable of showing Events. A Event could be a point or a track. - The points have coordinates and visualization infos (pin-type and color). - The tacks have start- way and end-points and a track color. The update of the map-control should be triggered by an external control where the request query is defined. The points and tracks that shold be visualized on the map come from a web-service (GetEvents4Map(QueryObject object) Event[]) which returns a list of Events. The web-service is also in scope, but should have mock-functionality. So it should return dummy Events. When hovering over a point or track on the map-control an other web-service (GetEventInfo4Map(int EventID) EventInfo) should be called. The EventInfo object should contain attributes like ??žTitle“, ??žText1“, ??žText2“. This information should be shown on a litle hint-box next tot the pin. The map control should support standard features like zooming and scrolling. Best regards Michael
