classic asp/ sql server

i need a classic asp/ sql server expert to work with my project on a hourly basis. I am currently looking to update my ordering system built on asp/ sql server with additional functionality. I am going to hire the resource in packets of 10 hours. The initial 10 hours will be to evaluate his/ her ability. on successful completion, i will extend by 10 hour packets as required till completion. Hourly rate expected: below USD 7. PLease do not bid higher. I? will not entertain any bid higher than USD 7.
