database programming

I need a fast worker for a gaming site. The site will be used to calculate member’s points & referrals (eg: affiliate / MLM programs like) there will be calculation like daily interest for points accumulated, referral bonuses, matching bonuses & group bonuses. The site will work highly dependent on database where calculations will be made on the data (full mathematical calculation formula will be provided). An admin panel will be required for control of the members where the administrator will be able to create new accounts, edit existing member’s account, suspend/unsuspended an account, delete an account and view the current status of the member (online or offline) Materials that we will be providing Readily designed template content write ups for each page required mathematical calculation formula layout of the contents that is required. (In short, we’ll be telling you in detail what to do. We just need a person who is good in programming) Requirements We need a person/team that knows his/her programming well and able to work fast. We are looking at getting the site completed within 10 days upon confirmation. The entire site now has 3 phases planned and the person who works on the 1st phase will be given top priority for the remaining phase’s development. Daily work progress report is a must. Programmer will also have to recommend the hosting servers as he/she will know the required specs to run the program. Preference We prefer the programming to be done in php & mysql on a linux machine. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform We prefer the programming to be done in php & mysql on a linux machine.
