I have a series of 6 forms I need to fill out for clients when I sign on a new client. There is a great deal of information that is collected but some of it is redundant for the multiple for and can be cross referenced. I want an Access DB with Microsoft Forms that I can use to input this data on seperate forms then have a single click button to generate each report (form) in either Word or PDF.. Preferrably PDF. I will supply all forms and everything. I need this turned out in fairly quick order.
