Anti-Spam

I am looking for already developed Spam killer/filter software/application written using VB6 and with fallowing Requirement: -Auto Update Feature. It will be linked to Text File from a website and retrieve email addresses from that text file and then add them to the black list email address. I am open to your suggestion regarding this feature and the other one below>>read on>> -The user should be able to save the black and white list separately to their PC in [login to view URL] example: file extensions with “.zabc?? and “.xabc??
