Asset database application

Features I require a web based application to allow full site inventory of customers fixtures and fittings. I need to add multiple sites with multiple sub areas (such as rooms) A site inventory is completed and all items need to logged including relevant details such as color, specifications, bar code, serial number etc (maybe even a photo) Assets by type and location, Serial Numbers and Bar codes, Purchase Information, Notes and Attachments etc. My clients need to be able to login and search for an asset across a single or multiple locations/sites. I need to produce lots of reporting including inventory reporting and warranty reporting. I also need to be able to retire an asset. The application must look professional with a Web 2.0 theme / look I will send some screen shots to give an idea. The application also needs the ability to allow importing of data as an iPad will be used for the auditing where no internet access will be available so I also need an ipad app and method to import/upload this data.
