Audio and Video Playback Control

ActiveX control for playback of all formats supported by Windows Media Player, but yet that does not require Windows Media Player to be installed to function. Additionally, it would be great if Apple QuickTime move and Vivo video could be supported internally. All the standard features are needed, including Play, Stop, Pause, Fast Forward, Rewind, etc. as methods. Increate and decrease playback speed as well as control of video brightness would be a plus. Video scaling is definitely needed. It should scale to the size of the control, optionally, and also have a property for automatic full screen. An internal (non-sound card dependent) VU meter capability would be a deciding factor. Mouse and click events should be available. To summarize, the formats that need to be supported are listed below MPEG Layer-3 (MP3), MPEG Layer-2 (MP2), OGG Vorbis (OGG) (optional, but would be a plus), Active Streaming Format (ASF), MPEG Video (MPG, MPEG, MPE), Windows Video (AVI), Windows Media (WMA, WMV), Vivo Digital Video (VIV) (optional, but would be a plus), Apple QuickTime (MOV, QT) (optional, but would be a plus), Windows Audio (WAV), Audio CD (CDA), Video CD (DAT), MIDI, AIFF, AU, SND. Communication online by MSN Messenger, ICQ, or AOL Instant Messenger required. In your bids, please list the features that you will be able to accomplish.
