Backup Files to Internet program

I need a backup program written. I just need the bare bones basics. We are going to add to it later. It must be written in Visual C++ 2010 The client app must have a way of selecting files and sending them to the server app. The server app must receive from multiple clients simultaneously. The server and clients will not be on the same LAN. Client must back up open files. It would be preferred if the client would send in the background of Windows. No usernames needed, but if you need to add usernames for programming purposes that is fine. Must be compatible with Server 2003/2008, Windows 7 Again, I just need the bare minimum.
