CDR Mediation

Hi All, we are Telecomunication company and we are looking Coder who have good experience with Perl,VB.NET and Shell command,SQLServer 2005 ? Programming. This project is file proccesing with deferent extension like .Dat and .txt, the file ? we need to proccess it contains call Detail Record(CDR) currently our Developer's created small application which do this work but we need expert who will help us make this project complete, i'll like to tel you all that we will provide you all the explanation about this project so don't worry, sense we started ? this project we will give you good idea.
