Create An Article Submitting Software !

I would like to develop an article automated submissions software that is similar to one currently available however with a few tweaks. I already have an idea of a number of features that should go into this version and be stripped from the current software I want mine based upon. I am looking for an experienced developer whom can complete this project for me quickly. Look at my rating and notice all all the positive feedback. I will be able to provide full examples of exactly what I want. I have hired over 130 coders and have never received even 1 negative rating. I am also well known for leaving Bonuses and rehiring coders to do similar projects so please bid with confidence. I am incredible easy to work with and looking for someone reliable that I can trust and develop a long term healthy business relationship with. This is my first time attempting to develop software like this so I am hoping to find someone whom can do more of this kind of work for me in the future. Coder should also be able to provide me much needed input as I don't want this to be a one sided development a coders input and opinion is just as important as mine since it determines the direction of the project and ultimately the finished product. If you have a portfolio of completed jobs then feel free to show me it as well. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows , you can use C++, C#, C, or VB.net to develop the software.
