Create Pool(Billiards) Game

Hello I am looking to create a pool game for my website, something similar to the pool game that was on Jippii if you know of that website. It will be a multiplayer pool game and to play, the user must use up a certain amount of points in their account to challenge the other person. Whoever wins the game will win both parties points.
