Custom ListBox OCX w/ icons

I need a custom "Owner Drawn" Listbox OCX (ActiveX control) which mimmicks the look and feel of the Windows XP Add/Remove Programs dialog. It normally appears as a standard Listview with a few columns. Once an item is clicked, the information on that line expands to reveal a hidden multiple line item. The hidden information should be able to store standard controls, and be able to bold the title upon selection--just as the Photoshop 6 line item shows in the file I have attached. Preferably I would like to be able to trap standard events on the controls embeded in the list (click, etc). I will have many projects per month for a reliable coder.
