Customer Relation Management

It is a small customer relation management program on visual c++. It needs no graphics, it only needs to work on DOS and stores the information in text files. First we have three files to create : 1- customer file 2- salesman file 3- item file the 3 files are normal text files that will store information about salesmen, customers and items. The program should be able to a-create b-search c-delete any entry for the three files. For example when you run the program the following menu should be displayed : 1-search 2-create 3-delete 4-exit and these 3 operations should be available for the three objects (salesman, customer and item) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2)The salesman, customer and item should be classes. Using inheritance is very required and using polymorphism would be better. Example : Customer and Salesman can be inherited from a base class Human. 3)salesman should have the following fields : 1-ID (Unique for the salesman) 2-Full name 3-address 4-phone number 5-notes customer will have the same fields as salesman but with one more : 6-Salesman ID (Because every customer has only one salesman) Item will have the following fields : 1- ID (Unique for the item) 2- Name and description 3- Price 4- Notes 4)Every time you add a salesman the ID should be auto-incremented. Same for Item and Customer. 5) The search engine should work on ID and Name basis. this means that I can search a salesman or a customer or an item by it's ID or it's name. When found ....the full information should be displayed properly 6)All operations made (creating a new customer, deleting an item...) should be recorded in the text file. Example : If you create a customer then this customer should be added in the customer text file or if you delete an item the program should delete the item from the item text file. 7) when you create any of the three objects you should be prompted to enter the required information in the fields one by one Anything better you can do would be great. thx ## Platform Windows Using Microsoft visual c++
