Advanced Drupal 6 Theme Development from JPG / Prototype

This is a project to develop an advanced Drupal 6 Theme for a site that is already active. The theme should integrate with all the modules of the site, and the theme will necessarily change the appearance of some of the modules, including: * Extra Voting (the more difficult one) * A Rules form in a lightbox * A custom filter module that works with Jquery * Views * Panels The Theme should use the most recent Drupal Theming Technology and have several layers of configuration. Also, it should work shamelessly with Panels and Views, allowing the creation of new pages according to the need. Beyond the general theme, we will need the creation of several TPLs to the following pages: * Home * Node * Community (OG) * Control Panel (Panels) * User profile * Register User * List of <!-- --> * participants Also, this development include the creation and configuration of several blocks that will be part of the theme: * Main carrousel block (can use pre-made script but should integrate with views, pulling last images from posts marked as Featured) * Facebook Likes Block * Voting list block, including in the title of the block how many posts are in the list (the list is a views) The theme should be develop in a way that the number of the columns of the theme and the width of the columns can be configured from the Admin area. It should be considered that at some point this theme will be I have attached a printscreen for the firstpage and will provide a navigation prototype and the other print screens for the winner bid.
