CRON Script & HTML Email Templates - MYSQL

We are looking for an experienced developer to create: 1. A CRON Script to check for new members/new additions to our database 2. 4 x HTML Email templates which will automatically be sent to new users when they register, in the following time slots: * Immediately on registration * 3 Days After Registering * 7 Days After registering * 30 days After registering Email Templates should be well designed (we will send sample structure) and should use database information to auto complete some information like name... Design is KEY Developer must be able to implement and test without affecting the current users on the system The key is to make sure emails are automatically sent and delivered at the specific time intervals
