Change text and code location on SimpleMachines forum homepage

I am teaching people how to walk more in their lives!! The site is designed to allow a person to log in how much they walk each day and join teams where their walking amounts are added together as teams. The website is based upon Simple Machines / SimplePortal. I'm not looking for you to do any significant code writing. Rather, I'd like you to move and splice in code from other sections of the website. Upon starting, I'll provide FTP access. The objectives are: 1: Correct a data entry box that is on some pages but not others 2: Split settings options into 2 different sub-pages 3: Split another page into 3 different sub-pages 4: Merge profile setting option into main profile control panel page 5: Add two pages written in html in, adding the header/footer template.
