CakePHP Headers Already Sent Error!!!! - Need Debugger

I currently have a full operating site on www.nickelbids.com. It works fine on that server probably because overrun buffer is enabled. On the new server that I have rsynced my script to. It will not work due to a headers already sent error. NOT by enabling buffer overrun protection in Apache. That is just a faulty and quick fix that my last developer did which is also why my site is running so slow. I am looking for a qualified individual who can get this job done in less than a weeks time.
