Convert an existing CakePHP application to Cake 1.2.6

I have a small CRM application written a while ago in CakePHP. I'd like some to upgrade the code to CakePHP 1.2.6. This will require... 1. changing the forms to use the new form api i.e. form->create 2. Changing controllers and models to match 1.2 if needed. 3. Make sure it's all working again. 4. There is an intermittent Ajax problem, sometimes the Ajax call brings back a logon form. I'll pay a $10 bonus if you fix this too. There's is a reasonable amount of Ajax with jQuery. The finished deliverable should continue to work with Ajax. I will test by adding companies/people etc. The code is available to look at on [login to view URL] Logon is u: subway_guest p: subway And then select the subwaycrm project from the right hand menu, and then you can browse the repository (Subway Application) We'll be using codebase and Git. I'll expect you to check in your changes via git and I'll pull them for testing.
