Apache / MySQL performance tuning consulting

I am looking for a skill full person that can help developing our sites and remotely admin and set up our server. [login to view URL] is running on a win Xp with an old sambar http and email server that I setup my self. There is also [login to view URL] but it is redirected to scandoor. Scandoor also have a site at [login to view URL] where our costumers can purchase our products. This is on a hosted server running ColdFusion. You can log in on using demo and demo as name and password to se what it is all about. The third site is used by my second company. [login to view URL] and I believe it also is on ColdFusion since it is hosted at the same place. Kokonline has a lot of different addresses pointed at the same address [login to view URL], [login to view URL] etc. The [login to view URL] is actually working nicely but now the server software is old and discontinued so I believe it is time to kill it and install the world spread apache and on one Linux os. Doing that I might just as well put the other two in the same machine. I have only one IP address and the server is open through DMZ in my router. Simple but working and never had a virus using "panda" for protection.´ The new [login to view URL] must then be migrated to work on the new apache system and also kokenonline.dk. When it is all working it has to be managed on a regular basis. It does not have to be every day or week but rather on a monthly basis. The kokonline has to be totally renewed in both functions and design because no costumers are attracted to it even though we have the lowest prices in the business. It must be that we really boiled our brains thinking price is the only important matter. With this old sambar server I did what was needed, DNS etc so I guess I have some limited skills to do what it takes to get something up and running but my real skills is in sales and educating sales persons so I would be glad to have this web thing taken care of.
