Coldfusion/PayPal API Checkout for E-Commerce Web Site

Amron International requires a ColdFusion developer to create a secure e-commerce checkout process, integrating PayPal's Website Payments Pro API. Due to some special circumstances, exceptions for international customers must be made during the checkout process and will require custom configurations. The checkout process will need to be integrated with the existing ColdFusion cart application. The successful bidder will work closely with Amron's in-house developer to ensure application needs are fully communicated. ## Deliverables Amron does not currently have the ability to provide instant shipping quotes.? This has caused issues when attempting to provide a checkout solution in the past. To get around this issue, Amron provides free shipping to customers in the continental United States. International customers, and customers not residing in continental US states, will require a shipping quote before the order is completed and processed. This requires the order to be placed in a hold status before processing any payment method. Once the shipping quote has been provided, the order will be approved by the customer, and then the payment will be processed. Amron has chosen to use PayPal for the transaction client to provide customers with an easy and known method of payment as well as for lower transaction processing fees.
