Add Specified Content to Page Templates

We want a webpage creating for each of a number of IRS tax forms. A template is provided for the page. See specific instructions below on exactly what we want. ## Deliverables For each form listed on the page <[login to view URL]>: - Click on the html option - Create page from that content as follows: --- The form NUMBER should go into the title, and the other places on our example page (see attached zip). --- The form NAME should be placed in the places we have put it in the example. --- The text you place on our new page should be the text headed 'Purpose of Form' from the above IRS page. --- Each page you create should be named '[login to view URL]' - Now find the form itself from this page: <[login to view URL]> (Note that for some reason a straight click on here leads to a page higher up the IRS tree. I have therefore copied this full spec into the zip below, where the click should work) --- Click on the form and copy the description of the form (near the top of the page) to the example page under the "From [login to view URL]" heading - Finally, a link should be inserted to the PDF download of the form itself. You can find this from here: <[login to view URL],,id=97817,[login to view URL]>. The link should be direct to the PDF itself (be sure to select the FORM's pdf, not the instructions/etc pdf). NOTE 1) Ignore forms not in English (eg: beginning 'Instrucciones para') 2) Ignore forms for 'schedules' 3) Where 'Purpose of Form' is not specified, select text from the most appropriate segement instead (eg: 'Who must file') EXAMPLE PAGE I have attached an example page for Form 990-T. Basically, for each form on IRS, we want the form name where 990-T appears, the title where I have placed the title, the purpose where I have placed the purpose, etc. This includes meta-tags/alt-tags/data. There are probably between 80 and 100 forms that are valid. Please make sure you can access all the sites specified, and understand exactly what we want, before you bid. It might be an idea to try creatin gone page first so you know you can do it. ------------------------------ The usual RAC requirements are below: 1) Complete and fully-functional source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). -------- ## Platform Template provided
