I need a list a text file or Excel spreadsheet of World Cities and their GMT offset. The larger the database the better. I would like to see good coverage of as many countries as possible. I am going on vacation the first week of August, so once I accept a bid, which I will do quickly if I am confident the bidder can complete the task, the chosen bidder will have a minimum of 10 days to complete the task. He or She can take longer if needed as this is not a rush job. Field1: Country Field2: City or State or Province etc. Field3: GMT offset during Standard Time Field4: Additional GMT offset if region observes daylight savings time, if not leave as 0 Example: "United States", "California", "-8","+1" "United States", "New York", '-5", "+1" "Russia", "Moscow", "+3", "+1" If possible, please include the approximate number of records the textfile you send me will contain. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
