Compare Data in Text File

The program needs to be able to: 1) Take in a case from the user such as an animal and its charcterstics 2) Compare that case to it's case base(ideally stored in a text file) 3) Return the best matching case or cases, adapting if possible. 4) add and delete cases from your case base 5) Make it possible to add with new attributes at a later date 6) Upon Choosing a suitable case deduce a suitable action to be carried out. e.g if the case entered = artic hare then the animal must live outside. There will be about 6 example data pieces that can be used to develop this program which can be supplied upom demand. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. All code must be fully commented 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 4)Documentation and explanation of how the code works and how the whole program is brought together ## Platform Delphi 5 , Windows 98
