Add Schedule software and customer history lookup form to MS Access service package

I have a service software written in ms access. This should also be written in ms access and added to my existing package. The software should have a customer lookup form that will lookup existing customers from our tables and find all of that customer's history. The form will have the customer information on top and the history should be below that. The history should be in table form and should not be able to be altered. I do not want it in a report format, if should be in from format. Second part to this bid. The schedule should be its own form I need scheduling software that will be added to my existing software. We have multiple jobs and technicians scheduled for the same day. I am looking for more of a graphics type schedule. There is a place that we enter the date for when it is scheduled, however that is as far as it goes. I would look to see a graphic of a week at a time. There should be a way if I change the service call in your schedule form it changes the date on our form also. A possiblity is that we schedule it through your form and it updates ours. I do not think that our software is required as there are only a few fields from our software will be used. please try to bid this without a copy of our software. I will email our software to the winning bidder. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
