Anonymous Proxy Server

This is a relatively straightforward project for a coder with suitable experience. I'm looking for an anonymous proxy server for use by the members of a secure membership site. Users should be able to select anonymous surfing and the service should allow them to select a country. For example someone based in Europe should be able to browse sites as if they were located in the US and vice versa. The features and functions that I need to be included are similar to the service offered at this website: [login to view URL] (Please use this as an example only - I am not looking for a clone of that site) Please provide at least one URL of an anonymous proxy server that you have personally coded. If you do not have any experience in proxy servers, please do not bid. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
