Asp search engine / business directory

I need an MS Access database search engine with multiple inputs/filters for a UK buisness directory site. It will be searched via county, town, postcode and business type eg: private/company/PLC. Some of the pages have different search methods eg: search alphabetically, so more than one search script may be necessary. The results should be shown in a radom sequence (if this is possible) so as not to have the same person/business coming up first every time a search is done for their type of business. The code must also be MSql compatible for a possible migrating to the more robust database if the site becomes very busy. Can negotiate on price, and I might need you do do some additions/editing of the code after the job is complete. However, I can make an upfront deposit if needed. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
