AutoCad to JPG conversion

We would like to have an AutoCAD DWG file converted to a GIF and a JPG file. The GIF and a JPG drawings will show details of our new subdivision on the web. An example of our current subdivision showing the expected results is at <[login to view URL]> . We need a similar drawing on our web site for our new subdivision. We will insert the GIF and JPG files onto the web page. The DWG file will need to be rotated. Some lot lines and lettering may need to be widened and color changed to green and black or ?? to make them look good on the web. Message me for a link to the AutoCAD file if you wish to see it. The example has green lot lines and the lot dimensions and many other items were removed form the original archritect's drawings for clarity. Many of the labels were changed to black lettering. I am leaving it up to your creativity as to how to best present the information in the gif/jpg in the clearest manner. The things we need on the map are: Lot Numbers Block Numbers Street names Lot Area in Sq Meters (i.e. S= 799.345) Would ne nice if the lot area was converted to sq feet but that is beyond the scope of this bid. We require a 4913 x 703 x 256 gif file of the development map. The jpg is a 614 x 88 x 16 Million of the same map. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform GIF & JPG format picture from AUTOCAD DWG file.
