Automated WordPress install

I currently have a series of PHP scripts running on a Plesk Reloaded 7.5 server on Fedora core 2. These scripts guide a user through a setup of a basic WordPress website. I need someone to help me code the backend of these scripts. Specifically this is what we need to do: 1. Create a sub domain of [login to view URL] 2. Install WordPress in /wordpress/ directory of sub domain without any user interface 3. An [login to view URL] file must be generated in each sub domain root, redirecting users (via META REFRESH) to the /wordpress/ directory 4. All required fields will be provided via PHP variables, the user fills out “our?? form, clicks go, and the rest is done automatically. We already have Plesk Application Pack/Vault installed. If this can be called via API by PHP, this should be a piece of cake. I also need a few modifications to the version of WordPress we are installing: 1. All copies of WordPress should call themes from a central location to reduce space (if possible) 2. All copies of WordPress should call plugins from a central location to reduce space (if possible) 3.
