Broadcast print driver

I am looking for a talented coder to develop a broadcast print service for Windows XP/2000. The basic functionality is this: 1. The control pabel of the app should allow the user to specify an unlimited # of printers, either locally, or on a network. It needs to also support shared printers on a local network. In these cases, the user would enter the printer as \\themachine\theprinter. 2. The service appears as a printer on Windows XP/2000 - so from any app, ie, Office, etc - it will be an available printer. 3. If selected and a job is sent to the braodcast service, the service will sequentially deliver the print job to all printers selected in the control panel (above). So - a typical scenario would be an analyst who has just generated a detailed report. He needs to print copies of it on 16 printers. Luckily, he has already defined the printer locations in the broadcast print service. He selects 'print' from his application, and selects 'Broadcast Print Service' from his list of available printers. The report is then delivered to all 16 printers defined in the control panel. A progress bar screen shows him the progress of each job, and an error message is displayed if any printers cant be contacted. As you can probably tell from the above, I am not an expert on print drivers and protocols. If you have any ideas that would simplify or streamline the project, please let me know in your bid request. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
