Building Dating Site

I want a fully customized job. Not just a simple script from some website. Thats not to say you won't need a few nuts and bolts but I will be needing some personal touch. The dating site will include a few unique features. 1. When you first go to the site it shows people in YOUR area. I believe this is tracked by IP? 2. Search engine friendly forums. No =+& in the URLs. 3. People will be able to make their own profile with pic etc. There are a few other things that I dont feel I need to mention yet. Nothing big. If you get the job we will go over them. If you feel you are savvy enough for the job then feel free to place your bid. Note: I need someone that has TIME to commit to this project. If your just looking to make some quick cash or if you have 15 other jobs lined up and want to simply "squeeze" this one in then please don't even bother bidding. I need someone I can depend on of there is a problem or if I need more assistance. Furthermore, I would like to work with someone with long term goals in mind. This could turn into a long term business relationship for the right person. I have many other projects for the future. Should a dispute arise and this project go into arbitration "as is", the contract's vagueness might cause it to be interpreted against you, even though you were acting in good-faith. So for your protection, if you are interested in this project, please work-out and document the requirements onsite. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
